CLIENT POSITION

Our clients are winemakers, making both their own wine and contract winemaking for others.  They rented a premises which had served them well over a number of years but they were outgrowing the space and desperately needed a bigger area to operate from.  They had a place in mind.

RSP SOLUTION

We approached lenders with a plan, including both their short-term and long-term goals.  We were able to access finance to purchase the property.  This has enabled them to increase revenue, improve cash flow and they have a debt reduction strategy in place.  Their long-term goal to purchase another vineyard is becoming more achievable as their financial stability improves.
