Like all things in life, the opportunity that knocks never knocks at the right time.

For our farming clients, a small neighbouring farm was about to come up for sale.  For various reasons the timing was not right but the opportunity was.  Knowing that it could be another generation before the next time it prevailed, they sought to seize the moment.

It took a deep forensic dive on the business structure, existing debt and financials to generate a satisfactory credit profile for the expansion to be palatable to their bank.  With all key metrics of risk mitigated the bank approved an additional $5.6m to allow this opportunity to be captured.

The clients were extremely pleased and are now sowing into a perfect autumn moisture profile on their new farming block.
